Now, I don't have dill right now so I add a pinch of rosemary and some parsley I dried from my herb garden. Haven't done it in a few years as I lost the recipe and TObasco doesn't have it on it's website. This is probably my husbands favorite dish that I make. It not overpowering and just adds a little heat to the aftertaste of the dish. And don't let the 1/2 tsp of hot sauce scare you off. It's simple to make and fairly inexpensive. I have it in the oven as I am writing this. This recipe is almost identical to that one. The original recipe for this is from the people that make Tobasco Sauce. I had one of those recipe books where the recipes came from boxes, bottles and cans. In your bowl for your crumb mix add 3 tablespoons of flaxseed meal, 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt, 1/2 teaspoon of lemon pepper, 8 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese, and 20 crushed up Ritz crackers.
